Simply put, we offer you a 100% guaranteed reserved spot into Heaven.

Is this a joke or do I actually order and get something in the mail?

No joke, you will actually get the package and items as pictured when you reserve your spot. We want people to realize that you do actually get the product as described.

Can you explain your guarantee?

Reserve A Spot In Heaven™ stands behind our offerings 100%. If you don’t get in then we will give you your money back. No questions asked.

Is my reservation official?

Reserve A Spot In Heaven™ is our official product.

Are you affiliated with any religious groups?

No we are not. We are a separate entity not affiliated with any other groups.

Can I reserve a spot for a friend or family member?

Most definitely! We encourage you to reserve a spot for a friend or loved one. When you are on the checkout page just remember to note the name of the reservation holder for registration purposes.

What about pets?

If you would like your pets to join you in heaven then feel free to reserve their spot also. They more than others are the ones you most likely want to spend eternity with.

Can I reserve a spot for a large group of people?

Yes you can. In fact, we recommend you get them while they are available. For more information regarding large group rates Contact Us.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer large group discounts. Please Contact Us for more information.

Do you offer any other products?

We are currently working on expanding our Heavenly product line.

If I’m going to hell, can I reserve my spot into heaven?

You could certainly try, but we can’t guarantee that the gatekeeper won’t know about your situation.

What do I do with the package once I receive it?

It is highly recommended that you get your documents framed and put on display. Let people know that you are going up! At the moment we cannot offer framing anymore due to high demand and we are sorry.

Can I get a refund?

We are sorry but because of the custom nature of our product, all sales are final. If we make a mistake then we will be glad to fix the error. The only time we will issue a refund is if you do not make it into Heaven.


Can I pay using a credit/debit card?

Yes you can. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through Pay Pal.

Can I pay by paypal?

Yes, PayPal is preferred and is the most secure way to pay.

What about checks or money orders?

Sorry we do not accept checks but we do accept money orders. If you would like to reserve your spot using a money order, please Contact Us.

I just reserved my spot, was I supposed to receive an e-mail confirmation?

Yes you should have received a confirmation from Paypal. If you haven’t, wait a few hours and then check back. If you haven’t received your e-mail within a day then Contact Us and we will let you know if your payment went through successfully.

My bank doesn't show a transaction from you guys, did my order go through correctly?

Sometimes it takes a few days for it to post to your account. If you got a success messages or e-mail after checking out then it should be ok. If you are unsure about it thenContact Us.

My address in my Paypal was wrong. What do I do?

We advise everyone to update changed addresses in Paypal. If your address is not confirmed then you are not backed by Paypal’s money back policies. It also created a lot more work when everyone needs us to make special changes, so please make sure your addresses are correct before ordering. If there is a problem then Contact Us.

Can I order by phone?

Currently we do not offer reservations by phone. Please use our secure online system and reserve your spot with confidence.

How long will my order take to process and ship?

Due to high volume and limited hands, please allow up to 72 hours for an order to be processed and shipped. If for some reason your payment is not cleared right away, we will ship once payment is cleared through your bank.

When can I expect e-mailed responses back?

You can usually expect e-mails to be responded within two hours during normal reservation hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am -5 pm EDT). On weekends, expect a response within 24 hours.


How much is shipping?

Shipping within the United States on all of our packages will be $2. All of our packages are shipped First Class mail. Standard shipping rates will apply to international orders.

I don't live in the United States. Can I reserve my spot?

Of course! Heaven is open to everyone.

My reservation packet was damaged during shipping. Can you replace it?

Yes we can. If it was damaged during shipping then Contact Us and we will work with you to solve the problem immediately.

I lost an item from my package, can you replace it?
